Anime What are you currently watching?

What can I say? I know my audience. I'm going to suggest Kino's Journey as you can look at this anime as a series of short stories involving the main protagonist.
Simon I did my time where watching anime is concerned. And Grimgar is really a good anime. The artwork itself is impressive, especially where rain scenes are concerned. Side note: I'm seriously thinking I should aim to become a professional cosplayer photographer (in addition to other photoshoots).

Grimgar is now on the list Just started ERASED, the first episode definitely has my attention.

Cosplaying photography is something I always wanted to give a shot. Most of my experience is actually in shooting car drifting/racing. A friend once asked but we never did do it.... I don't know enough geeky IRL people anymore

I'm a few episodes into ERASED now. I really like how it was animated and the flashback sequences. The plot is super intriguing so I'll keep going!

-FLCL
-Noragami
-Hataraku Maou-sama
-Kakegurui (it's shokugeki but gambling instead of cooking and a bit more... out there)
If you liked the mystery aspect of Erased:
-Hyouka
If you liked the romance aspect:
-Orange

I saw Snipeye gave you Hibike! Euphonium. Doesn't matter if you like music anime or not, it's a slice of life KyoAni production. There's a reason it was their "poster child anime" for a few years haha.

Also, if you want one of the best anime ever created, give Shinsekai Yori a watch. But that's just my opinion on it. As a note, it's not a good anime to watch as you're trying to fall asleep as there's just so much going on. And some of the themes are pretty intense.

Also sorry, I know the reply is rather delayed haha. Been rather busy with life these days.

I gave Tokyo Godfathers a watch the other week. Was very enjoyable. So if you're still looking for films, maybe look at that one.

So the most recent anime that I've watched is Your Lie in April, and it was absolutely phenomenal, and a tear jerker (if you haven't seen it I would encourage you to watch it). Does anyone have any other anime's similar to this one that they would recommend?

Your Lie in April is my favorite anime as it ended right around when my father passed away. Lots of feels, man!

White Album 2. Clannad is AMAZING, meanwhile, White Album 2 is a also a slice of life/music anime.

Random/long shot recommendation: Golden Time. That one is a hell of a ride for a drama anime.

Meh suggestion: Using the same formula but it's execution is much poorer compared to Clannad, White Album and White Album 2, and Your Lie in April; there's one called Seiren that I was okay overall. Not as great or amazing, but not horrible. Just okay to me.

If you want a short series with a similar feel of Clannad, give True Tears a shot. I liked it a lot.

Aside from what the others have said, you'd probably like Kanon, Air, ef: A Tale of Memories, Sola (I didn't care for Sola, but you may enjoy it), Kimi ga Nozomu Eien, Kokoro ga Sakebitagatterunda. (movie).

In regards to what Snipeye said, there is Seiren which was supposed to be a "spiritual successor" to Amagami SS. If I had to pick one, I'd say give Amagami SS a watch over Seiren.

I believe the correct term, for that show, is "economics".
