I still have a few first episodes to watch, but Kimetsu no Yaiba was really interesting. I'm super excited to see where ufotable takes it. Especially when the fights scenes start rolling in. ufotable fight scenes is one of the main reason I picked it up.

Also, there are a ton of shorts this season. A bit surprising to see so many pop up at once.

I just finished watching KonoSuba and Darling in the Franxx

Watched the 2nd live action Rurouni Kenshin movie about a week ago (the Kyoto Arc).

Not going to lie: It was pretty amazing!

Also, Hollywood is not allowed to touch this anime / manga ever!

Hollywood should not touch most anime I'm scared for what they might do with Cowboy Bebop...

...I just finished watching KonoSuba and Darling in the Franxx

I feel like everyone needed to experience Darling in the Franxx. I don't know why, but the just need to. So many ups and downs to that one!

I have a disturbing premonition that they will goof it up (to put in nicely) like they did with Dragonball: Evolution.

Why did no one push me to watch Food Wars sooner? I'm having so much damn fun watching this show - over halfway done the first season. Girlfriend and i LOVE this one.

I feel like I need to go through my posts and see how many times I mentioned Food Wars.... Glad you're enjoying it. I will also tell you, we're all waiting for the NEXT season of Food Wars to come out (the manga is much further along in the story). I suspect there's such a long delay for the anime to release new episodes because they're letting the writers come out with the manga first; the anime has been pretty consistent in following the manga story lines.

Rumor has it the manga is one bad mistake away from getting axed. It's not selling as well anymore in Japan. Even the 3rd season didn't hype it up enough to boost sales.

Aside from leftovers & Kimetsu no Yaiba + Fruits Basket, this season's really underwhelming. Time to dig into the PTW list

So after these first couple of weeks, I think my top 3 (4?) this season so far is, in order particular order:
Kimestu no Yaiba, Fruits Basket, Carole & Tuesday, and I'll throw Hitoribocchi no ○○ Seikatsu in as well. The rest of this nonsense I could definitely live without, but I'll give them the good old 3 episode rule to see how much I drop or if I think I can tolerate them for 12/13 episodes. Maybe something will even turn around and became the greatest thing ever.

I am not planning to drop any at this time in the season..

I just finished both seasons of Mob Psycho 100, and now I understand why the show was so popular. Great anime 9/10.

Time to finish Cowboy Bebop

Currently Im watching the last season of Tokyo Ghoul <3 and Ive also started Parasyte!!

With this season being slow, a perfect time as Bryan said to hit the backlog. I'm a few episodes in with Seirei no Moribito. I wasn't expecting to really get that into it, but I've been enjoying it a lot so far.

I'm getting to my backlog too. I just finished Cowboy Bebop and now I'm watching Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Also loved the first episode of AoT season 3 part 2

Once you finish Evangelion, make sure to watch End of Evanglelion. The first two movies are extremely enjoyable too - the third is a bit questionable.

I just finished JoJo's part 3 and I say I hecking LOVE IT.

I have been keeping up with OPM S2 and Isekai Quartet.

OPM season 2 is actually decent, and I don't mind watching it despite the studio change. It is kind of a shame that it is a step down, but I understand that it couldn't be as good. The comedic value is still there though and is still very enjoyable to watch.

Isekai Quartet is a work of art and nobody can tell me otherwise
