Hashtag most of the time and sometimes number sign.
 
Completely depends on context. Are we dealing with music, telephones, programming, the internet?
 
I'm a musician, so in that context, it's always sharp.

Outside of music, I call it by it's actual name. Octothorpe
 
I'm a percussionist that plays pitched and unpitched percussion.

When in pitched percussion I call it a sharp. When in any other context, I call it a hashtag.

But its not a hashtag. its a pound sign. it is used to create a hashtag which is similar to the @ symbol used for @sitedomain.com in an email or an Daa Daa in a mention. don't tell me that younger generations are going to start calling @ a mention when it is an at sign

As others have said it depends on context

Making a numbered list? It's a number sign
Need to hit a certain button on your phone to confirm that you've finished entering a code? It's a pound sign
Are you a musician? It's a sharp note
Any other time it's the world's smallest game of tic-tac-toe or a waffle, depending on if you're feeling competitive or hungry

I guess in some cases it's a hashtag, if only because social media can't figure out how to exist without murdering modern-day concepts and resurrecting them as some horrible abomination barely, if at all resembling its former self
 
I always first see it as a sharp. Even if it comes to programming I say they need a sharp. I mean...it's called C sharp language ;D
 
I tend to call it a pound sign unless its a direct relation to twitter. So maybe other, but I picked pound sign.
