Just Cause 3 sale

So I actually dont get on Steam very much anymore, but Facebook told me that Steam has the game on sale for 75% off, so I figured I would look into it. My question is, have anyone played it & is it worth paying $12.50 for it or should I wait for the price to go down? This next part is rather sad, but I actually purchased Spec Ops like maybe 2 years ago & still havent played that. Mainly ive been playing GTA Online & War Hammer Verminitide.

I'm a newbie to Just Cause. Should I start from game 1 or is it ok to jump into game 3?

Just cause is a series where you don't need to play the whole series. But the differences between 3 and 4 are insane likewise 1 and 2.

Just Cause 3 is a banger but Just Cause 4 is straight heat
