Here's some steps I use when recruiting?

Step One Of recruiting ask them if they are having a good time

Step Two Ask the player if they would like to join make sure they would like to join before you start to walk them through the steps

Step Three Start to walk them through the process of joining eGO with the join links and make sure they give all the right info and fill in all the boxes

Step Four Give them the links to join start to help them with the forums registration and then the maul registration and them with daps

Step Five Help them as much as possible and be friendly you want to be friendly to them and be a good role model

If they are contemplating join you should start telling them the reasons to join like they can join events and it will give them a chance to be a part of the best community out there and you can tell them your own story of what you have done and learned in eGO and all the friends you have made and how you made your way in the community
-Don't pester people about joining eGO if they would like to stay away let them.

I'm fairly sure we do. If you see someone recruiting lots or trying to make a difference, drop them an award recommendation in the dropbox. Although leadership and PSC can see who is bringing people in

I was asking if there was a quota that you had to reach to get the award and a PSC member told me that they didn't give it out anymore. I then had him check how many players I had recruited and the 4 people I had just brought in within the hour didn't put my name down, lol. But I will Dropbox people who recruit alot in the future

There are a variety of awards for recruiting. We used to have quantity based awards - 10, 25, 50, 100, 500 for how many recruits you had. These were discontinued I think for quality over quantity.

Digging up quite an old thread here (well, 9 days old.. I guess it's okay.)
I just wanted to share these 3 pictures that will definitely help with questions that recruiters have.

I know myself that when recruiting someone, and they ask "What is this?" I can get a little confused, because I'm unaware of the context. It seems way more professional to have these laying around, and ready to pull up, no matter the questions;
