There are AFK problems

AFK Management such as vote kicking has the potential to get easily abused. Example would be, people don't like someone camping with the MG so they start a vote kick and it goes through. Fact is, camping is allowed, and it can often be beneficial at times. I never judge someone camping with any weapon as that is their play style and their allowed to play as such, until a time eGO enforces a no camping policy.

Outside of that, I am always online on Steam, even at the office I can be reached. If there is an AFK issue, please feel free to add me on steam and I can jump on and take a look. Lord knows I don't do much at work anyways

You are absolutely right Creative, that AFK plugin is disastrous, but there are other AFK plugins out there that can work on a timer so if you as a player does not move than you are moved to spec.
Any plugin that lets the server vote other than for a map is counterproductive.

I wanted to apologize for what I said in a previous post, about all i hear is excuses from people.
I don't think it was really fair of me to say, and think it didn't come across very well.

I'm of the mentality, that talking alone does not get things done... and eventually you just
have to put the hammer down and get it done.

Its like when I'm at my workplace, there are some people, who just like to talk about everything
that is wrong... and while they're talking... I like to actually be getting it done. lol

I know some discussion is helpful, but at some point, we end up re-iterating over everything,
when its already clear what needs to be done. We're never all going to agree on one singular
course of action.... why someone in leadership, will have to just assess the situation, and say...
this is what needs to be done.

its just like in the game, if you kick back and stay at spawn and never try to push forward... you
will inevitably lose... eventually you have to push forward, else the other team will eventually find
a way through your defenses and win. no matter how solid your defense is, if you do not push
forward, you will never gain any ground.

you can try over and over to rush toward first, you will fail in your attempts several times... but
eventually, you will get it right, and push through to victory!
