Want to know steps to use when recruiting? Read this thread written by ThatsnotmyName.

These are just some quick tips of how to get people involved in eGO and wanting to stay. There's no particular order for these.

• Tell them about the events. Some new recruits don't even know we have events multiple times a week, get them involved!
• Get them on teamspeak. It'll help them get to know their fellow members.
• Have them post an introduction if they want. Everyone is welcoming and it helps everyone get a background on that new recruit.
• Keep in touch with them. Either on steam or in teamspeak. Many people you recruit are most likely people you enjoy playing with. Why not take the additional time to become friends?
• Lastly, once they've been around a bit, or ask about wanting their friend to join. Tell them how they can get involved with recruiting and how it gets them noticed. You can even mention the possibility of awards and promotions.
