Lastest Forum Posts Section Differing Depending On What Page of Forums Your In

This isn't a big issue and is more of me being picky.

Exactly what the title says. The main forum page has the Latest Forum Posts delayed. When clicking forum next to home I can see one set of posts, but after clicking on another page like Counter-Strike Forums I see a new post appear in Latest Forum Posts. When clicking on forum next to home again, The new post disappears and its back where it started.
