Usually weekly/biweekly. Depends on when I decide to turn off my computer and if there is an update at that time.

Don't worry. My option also isn't listed. I don't update my OS. Windows 10 has too much of a habit of breaking things when they update. I got to a version I liked, so I quit updating. I have updates turned off and I love it. Also, when you have internet as slow as mine, updates take forever, so it's just a bigger reason for me to keep them turned off.
 
Usually monthly but this stupid win 10 will sometimes do its own thing and update when im not ready. Ugh
 
Generally, i update my computer whenever theres an update needed during the shutdown phase.
 
I have windows and mac, mac has regular update as well, but windows on depends what they have update,
I also maintenance inside the computer tower such as clean the dust out and checking make sure everything is ok
for 3-6 months on depends how bad it is from the dust due the constructions is everywhere causing so much dust building up the air
 
I update when Windows 10 tells me there is an update. I have no issues updating and it never breaks anything.
 
I would like to say whenever I would like to, but Windows 10 does it when it decides its ready.
