Destiny 2 Clan INFO!

So, how is it? Worth the buy? I didn't wanna bother with a pre-order because of the crap show Destiny one was, and I'm looking for some peer-reviews.

Its a slightly-more polished version of D1. Everything about it seems a step in the right direction, story, world-building, PvE, but there is still late-game issues, and PvP is pretty bad (IMO). If you treat it more like a FPS than an MMO you will have fun with ti. The grind of D1 isnt there that much anymore, and because of it you get to late game a bit quicker, where after you complete the one raid theres not much to do. Im sure with DLCs, and some fixes by the live team it would be worth it.Personally, i love D1 so i got D2 and i have no regrets, but if you didnt enjoy d1, probably best to wait for one or two DLCs to come out, and buy it in a bundle for a bit cheaper.
 
My issue with D1 other than the lack of story was definitely the expansions. They were priced almost as a full game each one, and eventually all came out as one giant pack for just $40. I felt my money wasn't well spent when I knew down the line I could easily get them all in one for cheaper than say, even the first pack.
I know thats the road with all games, and you have to value the game and that the expansion will add more to the game, but I felt as if the game was abandoned until expansions had to come along and fix it..
I definitely treated the game as an FPS/RPG where I was more invested in the story and learning about the world (When D1 was being hyped/before it came out they definitely hyped up the world/events/story line and was severely disappointed when it finally came out that it was all scrapped..). I wouldn't really treat it as PvP, as I'm never really interested in that in MMOs, I'm always pro-PvE.
Still, scared about dropping $60 on it just to become a bust.

I bought it for PS4 and PC. I played the story 6 times for my PS4 (did 3 guardians so I could boost my Power Level up faster, which unfortunately is now patched :( ) but i just finished the D2 story on PC and I am yet to be bored with this game. The replay value is incredible and there is always something better up for grabs in D2 when you put the time in.
 
We could really use more people in the clan. There are rewards for leveling up the clan, like more glimmer, better chances at rewards and other stuff.
 
What whethers said, raid comes out next week, be cool to help others get there to do it.

I played the first and 2nd destiny, but ive stopped playing just before the osiris dlc came out. so im still down at 305 power plus ive been flawless in the nine. If you guys are active in game (raids/trials/nightfall) ill hop back on D2 buy the DLC and play with you or if anyone needs help running through the missions.
