Battlefield 4 Battlefield 4 Event Ideas.

So recently I have been thinking "where are all the Battlefield events" then I was informed we are lacking an EC, Now I thought this was strange at first, but then I realized Battlefield 1 has really no option for fun, engaging events, I feel as though we as a community should go back and support Battlefield 4 more instead of Battlefield 1.

Look, I know Battlefield 1 is "Fun" to an extent, but I was told the Battlefield 4 days were the Battlefield Divisions best days, and I would like to see it return. Anyone Else?

I have taken it upon myself to look up some potential event worthy games.

Battlefield 4 "Lights out"

I feel like we could do some sort of round based system with the "Light Out" game mode, mainly because it is best played with a lower player count.

Battlefield 4 "Border Patrol"

"Border Patrol" looks like a fun game mode, but i feel like it would be even better with 32 players max.

Battlefield 4 "Hide N' Seek"

"Hide N' Seek" is nothing anyone has not seen before but it is still a ton of fun to play.

Battlefield 4 "Zombies"

"Zombies" is the most interesting of them all, i feel as though we as a community would have ALLOT of fun in this mode. There is a "Zombies" BF3 server plugin that should work with BF4 servers.

If anyone has any event ideas please post them below, all ideas are appreciated.

Also please post your timezone and best available play times so I/We can get a gauge for when the best time to start events would be.

I have the zombie mod for bf4. I would just have to find it and send it over to Gwiberr since he is the event coordinator. That's if it can be done and he wants to do it.

Ridge_V2 I am no longer the EC for battlefield as 1) it was difficult to set up events on a server that we don't have private access to. 2) the popularity of events dropped when BF1 was released.

Guys, I feel as though the reason battlefield 4 is not as popular as it once was is because we as a community do not do much for it anymore. We all tend to just sit on Battlefield 1's terrible servers and play it all day.

Look, I was not around for the Battlefield 4 day's but from what I hear they were some of the best the division has seen yet, and I feel as though if we band together like the community we are and focus more on the game that had us all laughing and having a good time in TS3 the other day than I think it will succeed again.

Hey that is extremely helpful, it would save us allot of time messing with settings.

Events for BF4 helped establish our presence in the BF community early on. I support and encourage, and will commit prizes, to well organized events.

I have an event planned on another Post which is where I am constantly checking for replies.

I need to figure out the best possible day to hold the event but I need people to reply to my other thread with that information.

I do plan to attend the zombie mod event, I just wanna be sure that people will attend it and not opt out or say they cant make it at the last second, i understand people do have lives lol, but its just hard to have them online now days on BF4 since other games have made people not as active.

I will gladly attend those events. I miss those days when the BF Division was hopping. BF1 seemed to kill it off.
