What sort of Christmas person are you?

Are you a heathen that starts playing Christmas music on November 1st?
Are you an early bird that plays music after Thanksgiving?
Are you civilized, and play music throughout December?
Do you follow tradition and start getting festive on "the 1st Day of Christmas"?
Or do you say "I only play Christmas music on Christmas Eve and Christmas"?

I prefer to start getting festive on the first day of Christmas, but my roommate was blasting Mariah Carey at 9 am this morning.

Back in ye olden days some 20+ odd years ago while I was but a lad, I suffered mercilessly through trips to my grandmother's house where my dad was constantly playing Christmas-themed music starting at least the Sunday before Thanksgiving (traditional day we have the family Thanksgiving dinner while my grandmother was still in her house).

Due to that I have a massive aversion of any Christmasy music anywhere before the last week or so to Christmas. It gets really disturbing though when my local H-Mart (basically a large asian supermarket) can be heard piping Christmasy music through their speakers in the store all the way back in Summer...

I start listening to Christmas music after Thanksgiving

Once thanksgiving is over, I feel I am 'okay' with hearing Christmas music. Before that, I think its too soon

I was playing Christmas music on July 5th...what's wrong with you people? LOL....ok, not really.

Also, for those of you that don't know, the Twelve Days of Christmas actually happen AFTER Christmas Day. They are the twelve days it took the disciples to get to Christ after he was born and give him their gifts. That's why Catholics celebrate Epiphany. Just a bit of knowledge I gained from a former co-worker who is a devout Catholic.

Oh, Mr. Lemming, you may need to change your signature:

The loudest crowd roar at a sports stadium is 142.2 dbA and was achieved by fans of the Kansas City Chiefs (USA), at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, USA, on 29 September 2014. The roar was recorded with 8 seconds remaining in the first quarter. The Chiefs defeated the New England Patriots 41-14.

I am a "heathen" - I'm listening to Christmas music as I sit here looking at a still Halloween-themed gaming forum. It's after November 1st, see ya'll in 2 months

Back in August. I love listening to Xmas music, year long.

It seems like a lot of people overlook Thanksgiving and go right for Christmas after Halloween :(

We put our tree up the day after Thanksgiving and that is when I start. Not a day earlier.
