Tech Help CS:GO Not loading maps

So, I can't load maps on CS:GO or connect to servers. I got a 7 day cool-down because I couldn't connect to a competitive game. It will load up to the continue button, then crash. I tried re-installing and checking steam guides, but no luck. I'd like some feedback if you know how to fix this, thanks!
