Scammed by =e= ESA [v6]

Guy called =e= ESA [v6] or in game Lil Yacht, presented himself as Real Estate Agent. I told him that i'll send him question through real estate app, he said that some girl that is not online will aprove me through app (so he was going out of RP to scam me). And then after i gave him 140k he tried to explain me that housing works like you should rent it first, and pay 7,5k a day that how it works on the server (again breaking RP). I'm new to FiveM but then i realised he scammed me because that's normal rent.

The problem is that i've sent hundreds of texts to the real estate app, no one ever replied, and everyone in chat says that you should find a guy in person. So how can i know is he legit or not? If you don't want to refund me then at least take that 140k from that guy too, he used non RP OOC tactics to scam me, and that's not legit as far as i know...

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. The next time I get on the server and you're on, I'll give you the money back. I'll also have a word with this individual to make sure he knows what he did wrong in that situation.

Note the reason I'll refund you is that he broke character (which is against the rules). I would normally not reimburse or admin a situation for someone who is scammed completely in character if they fell into it. At that point, it would be a law enforcement matter.
 
I personally advertise every time i'm in game as Real Estate and i will be pushing the other Agents(Once i hire some more) to do the same.
