[RELEASED] ENB Version 2

Hey everyone, as some of you may already know i've been working on a new ENB since alot of people really have enjoyed using my previously released ENB for FiveM. This ENB makes things just look even more realistic with slightly brighter nights, amazing weather, emergency lights, shadows, Realistic reflections etc. The best part is you won't lose any FPS! Please feel free to use this as it enhances your games graphics to be more realistic even if you can't run on Ultra Settings like most of us.
