First of all, let's get this out of the way, I am absolutely livid that I have to even make this post. This is a gaming community, this is not a soap opera.
For some reason, there seems to be an issue with certain members of leadership or leadership as a whole. To the point that people are going out of the way to dig up dirt on them.
If you think this is going to free up an Advisor spot, you are dead wrong. I make the decision whether a member of leadership stays or not and quite frankly, the group I have now are rockstars.
This nonsense is going to stop, one way or another. I am absolutely sick of it. I get enough childish bullcrap at work. (I work for a school district).
So here's what's going to happen:
1. Whoever is having an issue is going to work out that issue. This is either by simply swallowing your pride and getting over it or sitting down and talking to that person and working it out.
2. You can find the door.
There is no place for you in this division or in EGO if you're going to continue to fester this drama.
If you've made it this far, I appreciate you for taking time out of your day to read this.
TF2 is in a good place right now, and I want nothing but the best for the division.
This has been my home in EGO for 8 years, and I'd rather not have anyone choose option 2, I understand that it's unavoidable.
So, let's put this childish nonsense behind us and act like the family I know we are.
This all being said, if you have a GENUINE concern, please bring them to me.
Genuine concern being someone not doing their job, or misrepresenting EGO. I will not entertain personal issues. "I don't like this person" is not good enough.
