Player has been banned, but due to technical problems at the moment he is able to circumvent the ban. Please be patient as the problem is being taken care of.

I have heard about this and he has been doing this for a while but i was not on at the time that he was doing this.
Looked at logs and yes for sure this is him. Sorry it has taken so long to get action with this.
