Per popular request here are the prices (buy / rent) of all the properties available in the server:

Small Apartment Near Mission Row PD: $450,000 / $450

All Other Apartments: $700,000 / $700

Houses: $1,000,000 / $1,000

Maze Bank Offices: $3,500,000 / $3,500

Note: There seems to be a bug that if you do not have the amount needed when the payments are taken out, it takes out twice the amount. Make sure that if you rent an apartment, you have the proper amount of money available or else it may take out twice as much. We are actively looking into this bug.

Seems like it, but the renting option is far cheaper on every purchasable house.
