Im leaving for awhile to take a break. I hope the leadership can work the issues out with the server and hope they make it more player fun other then just Pd fun. Plus i cant stand cry baby 's who failrp and get away with it when others pay for the failrpers mistakes which leadership should really focus on that other then Pd. i did make a suggestion about the leadership lead and let admins and mods handle players and was laughed at. so just a few shoutout;s Hide,Assault,Pickle,Weewoo,Deadly,Sammy I HOPE YOU THE BEST AND HOPE TO MEET UP IN OTHER PLACE'S OTHER THEN GTA OR EVEN IN GTA

No, what I read (Cyberthug - 01/27/2018 Best bet Legend is higher ups should micro mange the server let us admin run the server) was that you wanted to manage the server, including making the important decisions for the server. Unfortunately, that is not how EdgeGamers works. We're leadership for a reason. Admins can admin situations that break the rules, it's not just a leadership thing. If a player breaks the rules, admins serve the right to w/k/b the player, obviously. Typically, when it comes to admins, thats when Leadership steps in because admins breaking rules is at a different level. But there are guidelines for admins admining other admins as well.

It is up to admins to enforce our rules. If they think someone is failrping, they have the right to warn/kick/ban the player. Typically we only get involved if there is some type of conflict or if someone doesn't agree with a certain action. I think you have a misconception of how much responsibility admins actually have.

You were a good and fair admin. I remember being on ts hearing you deal with an admin situation. I was afk in the begin and heard you talk to them not only did you fix the problem but you also gave them way to rp stuff. It was a very civil conversation. I also enjoy rping with you.
