My pc has a mind of its own

So the other day my pc deiced to delete system 32 by it self when i was sleeping, yesterday i fixed it redownloaded everyrhing again started to play my games. Thrn all of a suddon my pc crashes and says system 32 is missing AGAIN. This rig is starting to piss me off. Does anyone have any ideas of what is happening to my pc?

Btw when i restart my pc it says this

How do you know it?s deleting system32? That?s extremely odd. Have you tried a totally fresh install of Windows?

1) What hard drive/SSDs are you using
2) What OS do you have
3) How did you fixed it when it first occurred?
4) How old are the hard drive/SSD?

That will at least help frame the issue hardware wise and eliminate them as the cause of the issue totally. Really scratching my head on this as I never heard of a self-deleting System32 PC before. And apparently Google hasn't either as I've searched a good hour trying to find anything about such an occurrence. Ended up reading more about how hackers will kill a rival's PC (or gamers) by System32 deletion. If this was the Matrix, I know Hack-Fu by now?

3.first time i nrought it to pc repair store back in 15. Then my friend fixed it last auguest and i fixed it the other day. The way my friend and i fixed it was to redownload windows.
Simon i dont think its fully deleting it i think its just corrupting somehow whenever i shut my pc off. When my pc went into powersave nothing happened until i shut it off

Agreed. I would almost argue reformatting the hard drive and install a clean version of Windows. Back up all necessary files to an external drive if you can.

FYI: OS = Operating System. CPU = Central Processing Unit (Which is the Intel i7 that you referenced).

It's almost impossible to delete the system32 folder unless you granted a specific user or usergroups to allow it to have complete authority of the system. That, or somehow you found an uninstaller in the system32 folder, used that, and on restart it completely deleted it. That happened to me on my desktop "folder" by deleting certain folder structures needed because I used an uninstaller with admin privileges. I would hope you're using an antivirus program, because at that point I would think it's a virus. You also stated you sent it to a PC repair shop? I would be looking/asking what exactly they were trying to repair in the first place because they could of caused this issue.

I think you might have a bad sector on your hard drive and you might need to get a new one...
Maybe they dropped your computer and it messed the drive up.
