Battlefield Division Banning Admin?

Who was the Admin that banned "TheTerribleT" on our Heavy Metal server? Ban was for racism, there was no ban request filed, and ban was done in game, not in MAUL, so when he contested there was no record of the ban and no one has come forward to handle it. This is why we urge ban request for all bans temporary or permanent, so Leadership can handle any future matters.
Whoever banned this player needs to respond to the Contest ban ASAP.
