Announcement FYI about our events

It has been brought to my attention we have a few complainers at some of the events. Stuff like: "I don't like this map.", "Can we turn such and such off.", "I don't/hate blah blah blah.......". That isn't constructive criticism. If you have something to say, PM either myself or the Event Coordinator (EC) hosting the event after the event. Saying something over the mic like that is not needed. Our EC's take time out of their schedules to host the events and in the end it's however they want to host the event. If you feel like you are not having fun, please do yourself and others the favor of keeping your words to yourself until the event is over. Please and thank you.

R&U - I will own up to this. I have strong feelings about Black Mesa maps, but I need to understand that I am just one person. More importantly, I am not the person running the event. It will not happen again.

I'm probably more guilty of this than most - frankly, I see it as sharing my personal opinion or venting very temporary annoyance. That doesn't mean I disapprove of the event's management or that I don't appreciate the time our awesome ECs take to host the events. It's important to understand that you simply cannot and will not please everybody.

That said, I apologize if I've personally offended any of the ECs and I'll do my best to keep it in check.
