Okay, so I bought a new [link=http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835150090]heatsink[/link] earlier this week (yes, a day before it was deactivated).
My specs:
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Manchester socket 939 (shh) with FSB at [10 x 239]

RAM: 1GB PC3200 @ 199Mhz effective [2.5-4-2-8] ( PQI Turbo memory with heat spreaders with loosened timings (removed other 512MB because it was horrible) running at a 5/6 RAM:FSB (or HTT) ratio.
Power Supply: 'LOL CAME WITH CASE LOL' I honestly have no idea what brand it is any more, I just know it's 450W with like 330W on the 12V or something. I'm only running an 80GB hard drive and one optical drive, as well. 8600GT that consumes extremely low amounts of power, and two case fans that consume a couple of watts each.
In the review of that item I said that I was too scared to go beyond the 20% overclock point on my processor because of my motherboard and power supply. Truth be told, I liz-eyed. I can't figure out which one of those is the problem of the two. If I overclock it beyond 20% it gets extremely unstable, but the temps are the same as 20% and below. I've tried increasing voltage to the processor but that doesn't seem to help, and the RAM still hasn't reached the overclock point with the divider I'm using. For the past two days it's been completely stable with the 20% overclock, though. This is really bugging me, though, because I know that the cooling can allow me to go further (temps aren't going up and I've read of many people with my processor getting much higher overclocks) Any suggestions from the seasoned veterans out there?
Again, overclocking specs are:
CPU Voltage @ 3.5V for the present overclock; tried 3.75 with higher FSB and went unstable with stable temps
FSB/HTT @ 10 x 239
RAM:FSB/HTT @ 5/6(10/12) (199Mhz effective with loosened timings [2.5-4-2-8]; yes that is loosened for this module)
Oh, and budget isn't a concern for me. I just really want to figure out what I'm doing wrong, if anything.
