Was wondering how long it takes dedicated supporter to kick in, been on it a month and am still getting balanced and then at times moved to other team

Usually it takes a day, it looks like something went wrong with you DS did u follow the instructions https://www.edge-gamers.com/donate/ on the forums it doesn't show you as DS if you did everything correct please send a pm to Artimus with you email so we can fix it ASAP

For me everything works well, except I get balanced from time to time.
Which I do not mind, because the other team usually needs the help.

I am pretty sure i went thru the instructions, but to be sure i just did it again. I dont mind the balance either but i feel it was because im not real good lol. I blame it on my 600 series video card and a 22 inch monitor . im just glad my live range shooting is better!

It looks like it working now on the forums, it shows you as DS and I checked the server it shows you as DS as well if you still have problems send me a pm please.
