You are also going to want to eventually upgrade to some 1066mhz ram if you don't already have some. Might wanna check and see if that is the only frequency of ram that it supports to begin with. Usually a mobo will support lower frequency ram, but you never know.

Other than that, the mobo looks fine, so long as you don't plan on getting SLI. Processor looks good, and I see that it overclocks well. Might want to also get an after-market heatsink eventually to go with it. Drop like 30-50 dollars on one. 600W PSU would be great for a system like that, depending on what video card you have. If you got a power eater, then go with the 700W, otherwise 600 is fine.
 
great choice of processor. thats what i have and i have it running at 3.3ghz all the time without changing the voltage but i also use a zalman 8700 heatsink to cool it. The p35 motherboard are pretty good boards too so good choice. what video card are you using??
 
i have a heatsink that will work (ive had it 4 like 3-4 yrs & its still in its package so still brand new) & i have a geforce 7600gt 256mb so i think ill go 4 a 600w psu (thanx for the info on the psu info)
 
Great choice in motherboard and processor, the P35 is the best way to go when you're not planning on dual video cards but still want the best performance out of the latest intel chips. I heard that some of the newer processor chips require a bios update, but I believe that processor will be fine.
 
thanx 4 the advice dev/null but im gonna go ahead n purchase the 6750 then overclock the sucker. besides, ive been watchin the price on the 6750 4 a while now.
