I do not eat fast food. Stopped about 2 years ago.
There are so many "other" alternatives that are just as fast and healthier for you.
You just have to plan your meal time better.

And also, eating just to eat is not healthy. You should eat for fuel. When you learn this you will find you really do not need a lot of food each meal. The fast food industry make you think you need the up size Go large Biggie whatever order. This is not the case.
