Question at what point does the ping kicker work ? Lately we got gamer with very high pings in the game that disrupt the gameplay. A ping of 400 is to much , especially if there are more. So can something be done about this ? Say a ping of 350 max would be a good one.

This comes up once every couple of months and is denied every time. We have a fair amount of players across all our servers with high ping playing from places like Australia. I honestly have never had any issue with high ping players - they're often just as hard to kill as people with a low ping. Jittery internet is different than having high latency. As someone who sits around 250 some nights with my connection, I'd be effected.
Keep in mind BFBC2 kicks at 500 anyway - this is something set by EA.

Lately? Yo eGO had always got players with high pings, An even from then people suggested to kick them players from the server and it I always denied like Simon has stated. I can also see that eGO will not be putting such a barrier on its own community and many members of these high pinged countries may leave like myself and many other players. So it isn't the best thing to do.
