Ah jeez...can this be fixed?

So all the eGO servers were full, so I popped onto the server that was at the top of my internet server list.

I enter this server, jump on scout, and head out of spawn. Immediately I see two medics from the other time spinning around healing eachother, and I run up and start blasting at one with my shotty.

Here's the crazy part. My shotty is shooting at least 3 times faster than normal. I let off and am like "whoa!?" and I hit reload instinctively. My gun doesn't reload. This is apparently due to the fact that I have 300 rounds in my clip, 1500 rounds total.

In the middle of all this, I notice snipers atop buildings shooting their rifles like they were Steyr AUGs from CS, running full speed and everything, and heavies running as fast as a pyro while shooting their mini gun at a rate so fast that it sounds like drill and looks like a solid-beam laser is shooting out of the tip.

So no I'm like wow! this is crazy! and I open up on the medic again. I shoot him point blank with my shotty like it's a submoosheen for a good 7 or 8 seconds (mind you, this medic was just staring at me and not even trying to avoid being shot) before I'm BLOWN UP BY A HIDDEN, LASER BLASTING LAND MINE! (yup, you read that right).

So I'm sitting there like "wow what the ---- was that" when up flashes on my screen "Congratulations, you got your most damage ever as a scout: 65x,xxx"

Yeah, no joke. Six Hundred Fifty Thousand in damage. With no kills! rofl!

So now all my stats on my loading screen are normal except "Most Damage: Scout: 65x,xxx"

Anyone know a way to fix that without erasing ALL my stats?

P.S. Lesson learned: ALWAYS READ THE MOTD!

It makes you look a bit hacksy, but also is kind of impressive, you know? I don't know of any way to modify stats, though, since that is actually hacking. :/

wow, i thought i did it bad. I needed some medic achievements so i have 46 points as medic and 40 as a heavy. 2 days ago i actually got 47 as a sniper on warpath, but I still felt bad about the others. I don't think there is a way to delete it, but I wouldn't mind doing it too.

I agree about the hacksiness thing. Actually I'm almost worried about that. I could post the server for people to verify this craziness, but I don't know if posting servers, especially *EVIL* servers, is allowed. I could PM if anyone wanted to check it out, though. Just don't shoot anything!!!

What hacking? Aren't most servers VAC secured. Yes, that's a joke. I think we've all ended up on a crazy server from time to time. If anyone asks, you can simply say, "I was on a Mario Kart server." Besides, most people are going to spec you to see if you're cheating. It'll be obvious rather quickly you're not.

How funny! This was indeed, as it turns out, a Mario Kart server! Is this something everyone knows about but me? I had no idea what I was getting into.

its not hack and your not really shooting that fast its a sound glitch i used to have it to the shots dont read anywhere else just your screen on your comp the server still read your first shot. i would recomend deleating you gcf and reuploading the game.
