Tech Help Send HALP!

I just had to downgrade to an old PC build of mine from about a year and a half ago. Lately when i turn the pc on for the first time that day it will randomly just freeze when i open something. (Like Teamspeak, or Google Chrome) After hitting the reset switch on the case it doesn't happen again that day.

Any ideas?

Update drivers would be a good first step. If you can, check your windows error logs and see what?s triggering it.
