Server SERVER CHANGE! Snowfort --> Dustbowl!

In its short time in our lineup, Snowfort has served the Division well...
but all good things must come to an end. Some equally awesome things
can come in their place, however:

As of this post, our Snowfort server has changed maps from
ctf_snowfort --> cp_dustbowl!

This decision was informed in no small part by your comments and commentaries
on the Valve Maps+ favorite maps thread, and we are looking forward to seeing you
all in server!
