It was brought to my attention that some people doubt the credibility of some Leadership members when it comes to handling some situations within Counter-Strike. Most recently, few members have expressed concern over the removal and permanent ban of one individual. We're all about transparency. It's important to understand the ways and thinking sometimes behind the decisions being made by Leadership.
#1: Leadership Fights Drama
For the greater good, seriously. We don't want to deal with drama here. We don't want to have to spend time or waste time on petty things that insight arguments, disagreements or uncomfortable situations. To ensure we maintain the standard of being the best place to play games and have fun - people who create drama will be swiftly removed. This person was banned swiftly directly because of drama created by them.
#2: We Give 2nd Chances, Don't Blow It
We're willing to work with people and put things behind us - if they deserve it. In this case, the individual in question was given a second chance. It was given by me. Not by Counter-Strike. I stated that as long as everything remains in the past we will look forward and consider this a clean slate. However - any drama that comes up results in the ban hammer. TLDR they completely blew it in the next bullet point.
#3: Don't Burn Bridges
This is the end. When you're given a second chance by someone, don't go behind them and make statements that completely contradict the front you put forward originally.
"Btw you guys banning me is just going to pull people off your servers and off teamspeak. Because everyone is hanging out with me in my discord."
"So all the people who's activity has dropped yeah they are sitting in discord playing games with me. And if we can't all get on the servers together then we will find other servers to go play on."
"And yes she is. She's a lying drama bitch. Like she runs her mouth to people and has her nose up peoples ass. The only way she got where she's at is by sucking off legend."
"And many many people including admins stand behind me on this one."
I'm sorry. Lying drama bitch? That's inappropriate. However, with a statement like that I am pretty sure you should take a look inside. Maybe some soul searching. I mean, you're being super hypocritical with a statement like that. You're basically lying and creating drama 100%.
