I recorded this for people who want to learn how to catching cheating on the server to enforce a cheat-free environment.

nice example. just a couple of actions can't be a conclusive evidence but there comes a point when they can't explain their actions. it's a shame that cheaters don't usually play bazooka which can give them very good excuses for killing who's not visible. cheaters should really try to think outside the box

The first 2 kills I would say are not sufficient to say he was cheating. Because the enemy around the corner approaching mid was barely visible, but it was visible. And that is a place where enemies come from. Experienced players always pay attention to places where enemies usually come from or hide. The kill on double windows also is not enough to call him a cheater imo. I ALWAYS shoot double windows no matter if I can see someone there or not. Always. Because more often than not there is someone there. Same thing with the kill in 7:25. The enemy was already visible when the player being recorded went behind the wall for cover. But ironsighting the wall where the player hiding in the cellar is, that is kinda suspicious. Not the act of aiming at cellar when you cannot see someone there, but actually aiming the wall where the player is hiding behind. Almost every time I jump from sniper house to the second I check the cellar even if I don't see anyone there at first sight. If someone records a demo of me playing, they will see that if I am using the sniper, when I jump from the sniper house to the second the first thing I ALWAYS do is: scope the cellar. So I anticipate that someone is there and usually can shoot him before he can even aim at me. That aim in 9:09 is also ok for me. Because the moment the guy stops the video the enemy is not visible. But it was very clear that the enemy was visible when running to that point before he pauses the demo. The enemy ran across the crack and then he proned. So if I saw someone running to that point, someone is there, even if I cannot see him right now. I would actually shoot there a few times if I was the guy playing. 10:20 also ok for me. Shooting double windows even if I can't see someone there is something I do all the time. But 11:08 is THE point where you can say (imo) he is cheating (considering that he plays like a newbie). Because he ironsights the exact moment the enemy appears. And he tracks the enemy with his sight before the enemy was visible. So, except for what happens in 11:08, I don't think there would be enough evidence to say he was cheating (if he was a good player) because very experienced players can do what is shown in the video without any hacks. But the point is: this guy being recorded really does not look like a very good player. Not even average, I would say. He plays like a newbie. So it is very very very suspicious when someone who clearly is a newbie is doing something that usually only good players do. So, if those situations pointed out were done by good players, I would say they are ok (except maybe for 11:08). Good players are very good at anticipating situations before they happen. This is what distinguishes them from the average player. Knowing where people usually hide (so he will aim/shoot/nade there before he sees someone), knowing where people will run to (so he aims at the probable travel path to that location) shooting walls where you know people usually hide behind (so there is a good chance you will kill someone) and the list goes on. But for a newbie, I would say he is hacking. But I am not the one who decides this. So this is just my 2 cents.

I hate cheaters it's bad enough in csgo I tried ESEA but i just feel like I shouldn't have to pay to be in a cheat free environment but not much else to do when ESEA bans cheaters also.

Play on Valve authorized accounts. VAC is a just as good as ESEA. The only problem with VAC is that it is really really really slow. And it can let somebody cheat for 6 months or a year. However, you will find virtually 0% of authorized main accounts on which a cheater been cheating for many years. VAC system makes is almost impossible for players to create a reputation on cheating. This is why all cheating takes place on alternative accounts.
