Strange White Box When Typing In A Post

Google Chrome on Mac
Version 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)

While typing in a post a white box covers the top left of the forums and only shows the blue Forum button in the middle. (1st ss)

Doesn't matter if I am replying or making a new thread/post.(2nd ss)

Also allows you to click the white box and highlight it with blue outline(3rd ss)
