GTA Server Event Ideas!!!

Hey all,
We are looking for your Guys/Gals suggestions on server events! We want you Guys to be involved in and have a say in what we do for the events. Pretty much anything goes in terms of the ideas. Keep in mind all EGO community/GTA rules have to be followed. If we want to run your event we will get in contact and talk to you about how you would run it, you would be brought on as a helper if you'd like so you could see your grand idea come to life!

How would you run the purge event?

Not going to lie, it is in our spreadsheet however trying to figure out how we are going to run it without upsetting people that do not want to participate. We could make this a mega event where it is the entire server and make a post 2 weeks in advance about it to to be people time to make money and get weapons. There was a suggestion of just having it Sandy and North keeping the city basically a green zone for the event.

Summer - You could advertise it in advanced, and (if they can) change the title of the server to maybe say (Purge Event *date here*) and make frequent advertisements or announcements on the server a day er 2 before hand so players can know about it.

- Air show - allow guys to show off flying skills in an airplane
- Angry birds - jump out of the plane with a chute but do not open it. Hit closest to center of target.
-Bike rodeo- set up cones etc. to test riders skills
- Mechanic rodeo - sort of the same thing but test their RP skills. Tell them what’s wrong, do a repair per item busted and see who does it faster and better. Including their driving skills.
- Driving skills I say? Yup, truck rodeo. Test your backing skills, your parallel parking skills etc.

1st idea:Can do like a sea of thieves type thing. So have 2 teams and each team gets a boat and the team can use flare guns as cannons to fire at the other team and 1st team to burn to death or sink loses.

2nd idea: Can do 1 called cougar hunt. So ppl can do a foot race on a mountain trail where cougars spawn and 1st to the finish line or last to survive wins.

I like this, we could use muskets and the marksman pistol for the weapons and the tug boat(as it is the biggest boat in GTA).

Could have it in a smaller designated area such as the military base or even the airport so we don't disrupt anyone's RP. Just a suggestion

Purge events can be fun but I probably won't participate.

I like this, we could use muskets and the marksman pistol for the weapons and the tug boat(as it is the biggest boat in GTA).

I have added this to the list to try out soon. I've tested the "tug" boat on musket shots and it will take A LOT of shoot down the tug. I'll get back with you Ruckus to see if you would like to help out in the event and what day.

Air Show would be fun. What airplanes would you suggest?
Angry birds would be funny to watch and save on time having to go to and from the Mechanics place for more chutes.

airshow planes I would say the prop jobs that do not have cannons. I'm not sure of the name but the ones that spawn at Azul would not do very well. But I think there is a couple in the expansions that are prop planes and have no cannons on them. If not, I'll have to think some more on the options.

I say we try a server event of no crime lol. Could you imagine a server of peace? If everyone had to get creative (some guys already do a great job at this) and create original RP! There wouldn?t even need to be a payout, cause the guys running chicken would do it in peace. Those not looking for money could enjoy not having to look over their shoulder at every corner!! lol, just a pipe dream but could you imagine.

so here is a suggestion for the purge event that i seen on OCRP: 1. the purge will have its own server where progress will not carry over to the main GTA servers. 2. law enforcment can join in as the military to keep things somewhat sane they can use tanks and fighter jets for carpet bombing with the onboard machine guns to combat robbing the stores.3. the event lasts 12hrs you start with 130k cash and about an hour to prepare before the start which will be an server announcment like the news banner. 4. no respawn timmer but will still spawn at the hospital. 5. to gain more cash either collect from defeated players or robbing the stores. with this having its own server those who dont want to play dont have to without having to wait for the event to stop, the 12hr limit is for people that have IRL jobs or cant make the start can join in also

Idea for event
Name. LS 1st Olympic
Reward-100k
Requirement- must be in ts and ego discord voice room. Event host will be the only one to talk in ts or discord. Everyone else will need to talk in game only. Team must have the same uniform on.
Rules-all ego rules apply. No communication can be use other then ingame. Only tazer will be use and other weapon would be taken at owner risk. Team are made up of 2 people. First 1st place - 10 point. 2nd place- 5 point 3rd place- 2 point .

1st event- fight at the stripper club. One member from each team will fight. Team member will switch when advancing to the next round.

2nd event - beach swim. Teams will swim to the yacht. If you die your team will have to restart the swim

3rd event - jet ski. Teams will race up the river. 1 jet ski per team. 2nd person can tase other team to slow them down. Team must reach the end together. If a member die go back to the being to pick them up.

4th event. Race to the top. Bike your way up to the top of the mountain. Tazer allow.if you die restart at the bottom. Inorder to win both member must be at the finish line .

I will put 100k. if you want to you can up it . Only need summer lol to spawn stuff in and to teleport ppl to her at the start. I will be at the end point for each
