Bad Company 2 STILL not Dedicated Supporter WTF?

Look, I don't mind paying to help with the BC2 server but it WOULD be nice to get this fixed. I'm STILL getting autobalanced. Is this a server setting for my IP or what? Can someone please fix this? 2nd time now. Thanks.
