My name is Aaron, almost 26 years old. Missourian living in Pennsylvania.

I used to play with some eGO guys while The Enforcers {T-E} clan was around in DoD:S. Most of us were ex eGO members. It's been a decade since I was in and I see eGO is still bumping. Nice to see longstanding gaming communities continue their reign.

Are there any former TE guys who've made their way back over to eGO? I know quite a bit of them were older fellows, it would be great to get in touch with them again. I'm playing mostly Day of Infamy now days. Between work as a security officer and a community manager, it is difficult to find free time anymore, but am interested in playing with you all in the coming weeks.

Hello Aaron, sorry to say I'm still kinda new. However I do welcome you, and I hope you find the ones who you are looking for!

Turns out I was able to get back into my old account! I'm sure glad to be able to come back and get involved. I'll be participating in Team Fortress 2 and the Counter-Strike series. Possibly more if I find the time.

As a Kansan, allow me to say "Ew Missouri"
As a member of eGO, allow me to say, welcome back!

Oh Adam, at least our Kansas City is a REAL city. :P

I actually spent a lot of my time on both sides over the years. I rode bicycles from Denver, CO back to Kansas City, MO in 11 days back in 2013. People make fun of the midwest all of the time; "it's flat"... etc.. but I loved it and it certainly isn't flat when you're pedaling over the flint hills. I miss it. East Coast drivers can't drive nor park worth a crap; they almost remind of how bad Kansas drivers are. lol

I love how your last post was signing up for the Insurgency division. I miss those days!

Yea... those were some fun times! Good memories for sure.

All i have to say is go {RD} (reservoir dogs!)

Yeah Insurgency has sure changed since going into standalone. NWI, the developers, also have made radical changes to Day of Infamy. They're killing their own games because they will not support third party communities or customization. It is unfortunate because INS was good stuff when the communities ran the scene. Games like CS and DoD lasted so long because of the wide open amount of support for customization.

I hear Team Fortress 2 has done the same thing. Overloading with developer servers which in turn, kill the privately owned servers. Development teams will have to learn the hard way when known groups begin to exit their scenes and they are left with individual players who troll their servers. The lack of admins is another down side. It is why I can respect privately ran communities such as eGO and the like. They really care about the atmosphere new gamers are introduced to.
