Battlefield Division BF Community Status

Hey good evening BF Division!

I have been gone for the past few months due to military obligations, but the last time I played we had a BF1 server and a decent group size that would play together. i was hoping if someone could catch me up on whats been happening in the BF community since i havent been able to find much information while looking over the fourms.

Also, is there any information regarding the direction of the BF division and how we are going to become a thriving community again?

I haven't been online in nearly 6 months sadly, but good news is I have PC parts coming in soon! We jusst have to start recruiting again and pray that EA doesn't screw us again

We have a BF1 server at the present, however, no one will help get it started so it will be going down in the next couple of days. We are down to one BF 4 server that is not doing well at all and our BC2 Heavy Metal server which is still doing quite well.

Are there any plans for BF1, or will we just wait for BF5 and hope there is better server support?

This is the second time we've gotten a server. The first time we had no admin control and had to have twenty (20) people to start it, we could not get it going. This time around there just does not seem to be enough interest in the community to try and start it, so there is no use wasting money for a server that is sitting idle. I used it today to unlock the room achievement and have use it for similar things but cannot get our members to join in and stay to get it populated and get any kind of following. So our ventures into BF1 servers would seem to be at an end. As for BF5, only the future can tell.

Perhaps with this new merger, the BF community will grow to a point where we are able to keep a server filled. It would be nice to hold events and new BF1 awards to have a reason to play BF.

Sorry to disappoint there are hardly any BF members coming from the merge, mainly csgo,tf2 and gmod

Since we did not have a Battlefield division, I don't think many of us old pG people will join the bf instantly, however, there may be a chance that more of us are gonna try to game (when they have it). and maybe eventually join the bf division
