TTT Team Switching

Can Leadership have access to Team Switching commands on TTT? Admins are not team switched, and this is sometimes a problem.

Admins should be moved, and if they aren't that will be fixed. We won't be adding the teamswitch command back.

T Toxin if you do sm_afk_spec, it’ll move anyone to spec, even admins.
