One of the youtubers did ask about server rentals but Dice declined to answer. I Think it was Jackfrags.

From the looks of it, they caved in to the sjw's and the consoles I hope they didn't but it looks that way

Makes sense from a financial point of view since there are way more consoles players than pc players.
