I watch bleach and naruto weekly. Those have fillers because they need to give the writer time to write more manga or else they would catch up/pass them. Watched the Death note series. I enjoyed it, but sorta got boring to me when N and Mello joined in.

probably my top 5 atm. Odd thing about bleach for anyone put off by its filler arcs. It does a better job at making the fillers less redundant than most animes. Naruto has its moments and if you got into D-GreyMan (also good) you'd see that bleach has no where near the completely off the wall filler episodes. I find bleach to be well done.

If you haven't seen them Karas, Baccano! and Gunslinger Girl are all a must to watch. Karas is only 6 episodes and GG and Baccano! are only 13. Definately worth the day it takes to BT them. Each serious is entirely unique in its own right and very enjoyable.

Gun Slinger Girl 1st season was great... 2nd season is a total mess...
I have skimmed through Karas but didn't watch in detail.
Baccano! 1st episode might have thrown you off but it's a decent show.
For DGrayman, I prefer the manga because the animation quality goes up and down from episode to episode.

The only anime I really watch nowadays is Bleach and FLCL (even though I can't understand it, I love it.)

Growing up I watched all of DBZ, but got burnt out on it whenever GT started.

If you like FateStayNight (FSN), find and read FSN Zero, it tells you the story happens 10 years in the past. It would make more sense out of FSN aniem.
Gundam 00 is pretty good but I still like Gundam seed and seed destiny storyline better =D. They need someone like Lacus-like in 00 !lol
