Medic: Ubersaw. That about does it for my favorite weapons honestly

When I'm properly caffeinated, the full Gas Jockey set is nice for that twitchy tweaky wannabe scout playstyle.

Soldier: Black Box, or my specially named Direct Hit: Rawk-et-Lawn-Chair

Pyro: Neon Annihilator, because PyroShark and helping Engineers with sappers

Demoman: Iron Bomber

Heavy: Tomislav

Medic: Crusader's Crossbow

Sniper: Between AWPer Hand and Shooting Star

Spy: Diamondback or Black Rose

I mean I only really play spy, sniper and scout so the main weapons for those lol, I don't have any special items for them
 
I'm partial to the stock rocket launcher, scattergun, and medigun, but the crusader's crossbow is hard to beat as a medic primary. Not because it's the meta and all that, but I think it's just more fun to use.

I liked when the Festive Crossbow had the graphical error (a while back now) where the bolts looked like they flew out sideways (i.e. the bolt perpendicular to the actual forward motion), but still flew straight and hit straight....
