Only in games like Fallout and Prey (from 2017), especially in the case of secret achievements in those kind of single player games.

a lot of times I feel like with singleplayer games I really like i'll play through the game (if it has a campaign of some sorts) and then go back for achievements once i've played through it once or twice. although this was something I did more on console games like ratchet and clank.
