Replace 120mm case fans - silent watercooled system

Hi, this is just a side project really... im looking for an almost totally silent computer system so i've been looking at watercooling but is there anything which i can replace the 120mm case fans with? - lights, etc...

I just put in a watercooling system a week or so ago... Its pretty hard to not have at least one fan, while you can cool your CPu/GPU/RAM etc with seperate waterblocks, you still need a little airflow to keep your case's ambient temperature from going off the charts. Ive tried to go totally silent, and my attention has been focusing on a thick walled case, and big fans going sloooow. Water cooler pumps make noise too!

I found something a little bit interesting, rubber grommets, I don't know if you can just by them though. I need to search new egg some more...
