Airlines no longer hiring and lack of rp for airlines

Azul Airlines is currently not hiring new pilots as we have got a good amount for the moment. But i would like to ask from you guys that it would be great to have some rp for pilots when we are open. We obviously only do legal things so no illegal things can be done by pilots when flying for us unless they change there jobs to something that isnt airlines and on a different character. I personally have only had one good rp or rp situation at all since i started at the airlines. We will fly you to an island so you can have a holiday or fly you to a sandy or mabe Paleto on the beach, we alsoc an transport realistic ammounts of legal items. We even do skydiving and scuba diving trips for a good price. Our prices are very reasonable. I really would like to ehar from and experience myself more rp for airlines. And Sheriff department dont forget we can do certain operations that would require a heli.
 
OMG YESSSS we NEED good rp, both to build up the company account AND so that the airlines has a purpose. I believe that we can get the airlines up and running, she may be old and dusty with some rust on her, but we can oil her up and dust her off and get her working again. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make this happen
 
There are endless amounts of things you can do.

Examples:

Flying Lessons - After a certain amount of lessons you would be able to fly small aircrafts.
Helicopter Tours - Fly around Los Santos and show people land marks and interesting things about Los Santos

We dont do flying lessons as that would require people to be se to airlines meaning people get payed for being able to fly a small plane. We do tours already especially now with the ultralights we are currently expanding our tour part of the business

Are you saying they need to be set to airlines to fly those vehicles? Makes more sense that you just need that job to spawn them in, and at that point you just need the one instructor who is set, and whoever is getting the lessons pays up front to cover the salary.
 
The problem i have with that RDK is that people will be under the impression that they will eventually get a private pilots licence or even hired by the airlines. I dont mind taking a plane out for someone to have a lesson but they wont be able to spawn planes in or have a private pilots licence unless hired to work for the airlines. But hey i will do some testing with it for now when i have time since i am pretty busy atm. Flying lessons will be tested for now
 
Plus it’ll be hard to moderate. I see admins stay on top of guys flying which is a good thing. If we started issuing pilots license without them being whitelisted pilots it could get chaotic fast.

If guys are open to great RP, the airlines has a lot of potential. If you have an airline request give them a shout. Ripply added the app back on the phone so just ask your question and they are open to most ideas as long as it’s not illegal or requires flying directly over the city.
 
Agreed. They train lsfd pilots, LSSD would fit right in. Send them to Rock Off-road and I can help out if he gets busy as well.
 
Definitely going to be calling you guys for some flights when on my civ character. this seems really cool
