I should point out that there are a couple decent MTG making/editing programs on the web. A friend of mine and I used this one http://magicseteditor.sourceforge.net/ to make a set based on the White-Wolf Demon: The Fallen RPG. We never did finish all of it, but still had fun and made some nifty cards. It may not work for what you are doing here, but is still worth checking out IMO.

And to answer Arclight's question, I already understand the sig issue, and I'm strongly against a huge stacking of sigs. If they want one, they can request it, but they must understand that they can't go around placing it on top of 3 other sigs. I'd suggest they rotate their sigs, perhaps. If they are fine with the one they already have, I'd suggest they keep it, and probably not request, and it'll make it easier on me, and someone else can get theirs quicker.

Looks like it's already about the limit for our Sig banners. Not sure about it KB wise, but it's certainly a good portion of banned in itself. I'm not sure if the rules specifically mention a Limit on Banners, but one per person.... unless it's one of the strips like Ninjafluffs that rotate, which don't really count as a whole one due to it's compact- to the point size.
