Just curious how everyone would feel about this concept. I've already put together an SOP which is listed as such; https://docs.google.com/document/d/1o0m-2HH4ND_KzNFkVHa3EF5APLDnPZeQ_t583tsPOlw/edit?usp=sharing
It seems as though there's not much "real" roleplay jobs other than first responders, and mechanics and every once in a while a pilot. With this, the security officers are solely going to be off-duty law enforcement and fire department employees who will be patrolling in their company vehicles to locations that are private property (To be approved), what I'm wanting it to be is as though the company is contracted by the State of San Andreas whose asked that the private patrol company protect and secure areas such as the parking garage near legion square, the bank near legion square, the car dealership as well as the 24/7 near strawberry and various other locations around the great state of San Andreas who needs protection but can not always have a deputy or other law enforcement official staying at. This would offer a better roleplay solution as well as get some fresh blood into this kind of thing. The big things I want to hit on with this security company is that yes, as off-duty law enforcement we can still affect an arrest HOWEVER if ANY law enforcement is on duty we will detain and SOLELY detain until law enforcement on duty arrives and is able to arrest said subject. If none are online, than the off duty officer will transport said suspect in the company vehicle and then take position as a law enforcement officer and continue booking as though they were on duty.
The Security company will also uphold the standard of excellence for roleplay. They will not arrive on scenes with law enforcement already present and create problems (Example, An Security Officer would not show up at the parking garage when Sheriff's deputies are already there and dealing with a situation, thus making it worse. They would instead either A. Assist. B. Back up the deputy. or C. Continue to patrol another property.
Any employee of Eagle Watch Security Company (Willing to change if anyone thinks of a better name) will be immediately be terminated if found to have created problems within a roleplay scenario.
P.S. I apologize for anything that doesn't make sense. It's nearly 6 in the morning and I wanted to go ahead and get this done. Thank you all for your time whether it be a positive or negative reaction towards the suggestion. I wish to only better everyone's roleplay experience including myself.
