Counter-Strike Global Offensive TTT Server PG's Trouble in Terrorist Town Server nightly issues

Hey everybody.

I wanted to make this post to try and get the attention of those with administrative power on the PG Trouble in Terrorist Town server, and to make people aware of the ongoing situations that occur on the server nightly.

I have been playing for a few days now, and every single night that I go onto the server, there aren't really any admins on from around 12:00 AM CST to around 8:00 AM CST, thus resulting in behavior that is unsuitable on many levels, having players do the following:
Racist Slurs
Homophobic Slurs
Disrespect
Ear Rape

and a lot more. This server has a lot of potential, but I personally have been talking with a few people and a couple have even went as far as to tell me that they were not planning on coming back onto the server again due to these actions, claiming "it's shit" and "the admins don't care". This behavior from players is driving others away and it needs to be handled.

I personally bought VIP just so I could be able to administrate the server to a level when no administrators are on, but simply when I attempt a Vote Kick or Vote Ban, they get denied. I am just simply trying to bring this to the eyes of administrators and I ask if it may be possible to try to get more EU/AUS players as administrators on the PG server, or if we could maybe step up late night activity?

This post isn't meant to be naggy or just complaining to admins or trying to disrespect any party, it's simply to bring this to light and try to get some sort of fix in place.

Also, before anyone states "Just record it and put in a ban request", there's way too much of it going on in the servers to be able to do that, without doing a million different requests and uploading videos for each one. Tonight alone, I ran into basically half the server partaking in these activities. Ban requests aren't a solve.

Hello, I'll start getting on more at night to help clean up the server. Also don't forget you can call an admin into the server by going in team chat and typing & before your message. Saw some of the troublesome players and went ahead and made a ban requestt for two of them.

yeah im on every night since i have summer vacation, and yes like he said there is alot of trouble maker on the server, and im constantly using & to contact admins but not allways they want to get on to deal with this, because they dont care, or isn't trained to our server

Yeah TTT without admins gets pretty out of control, I'm gonna try to be on more when I'm not working, and I'm usually up pretty late to so hopefully I can help out a bit.

Silent if you want to add me on steam you can message me when I'm on and you need an admin. You could also use & in team chat then your message to go to all csgo servers so that a admin can see it and join.

i also understand what its like when i was an =(e)= or =(eG)= and was playing on dust2 and there was a lot of racism going on i would report it yes it does help out in the long run but not at that moment which can make people leave the server and not come back. even if there is a G on the server at least they can get kicks out for the rdm but all the racism after watching that video you would need like 5 bans just for that and at night when at least 90% of the O cs admin are sleeping it will get cancer plus even if they do a ban request at that time there is no leadership really on at that time to implement it until they either wake up or get home from work (if they work nights)

about the vip rules i dont know them for pg. Abdul cant vips if needed to vote ban for racism without the warn->kick->ban and just vote ban for racism?

Yeah it just gets insanely hectic during the late nights, the video I posted isn't even the worst of it, that's a small clip of a 3 hour video that I took during my session of playing. People were rdming and I attempted about 3 vote kicks on ppl but the trolls pursuaded everyone to down vote them so they never happened, I gladly got those banned from the video but honestly there's too many of them to do ban reports for every one. The issue is either admins aren't on, or, this has happened a lot, we'll have eGs that come on but they aren't trained so they can't do anything about it. I'm sure stuff will improve when trainings happen but even then there were a couple hours where really no admins were on.

Tonight has been amazing thanks to the help of Jon Snow, we've had a couple mass RDMers tonight but thankfully he has been on a lot of the night and has been swift with his actions, also with the banning of those users who were in the video I posted, really the game has been amazing tonight. Glad this post was able to help!

I?ve been admining in those hours for a couple of days (I?ve been gone for the weekend, I plan on getting back to it tonight), and it sure is a problem. When I?m on alone, it?s almost too much for me to handle. Luckily I really enjoy admining, so I don?t mind sitting in spec, instead of playing - but we seriously need some more admins, and dedicated ones.
Ban requests are not enough. We need hands-on admins, and I will be sure to dropbox the people I see fit for a promotion.
There are definitely people who prefer to play at these hours, and those people need recognizion too.

Exactly. If there's a mass RDMer, it's really hard to just "ban request". I know he gets banned after he loses an x amount of karma, but it still sucks for the few rounds that it happens :/

yep, thats the only reason i also wanna try to get admin, so i can get those kinds of people away from the server

This is the reason for my applying on eGO, I have been playing TTT since 02-17 and I haven't seen something like this in my entire active time. From massive rdm's to ear rape, we have to put order between 12m to 5 am. VoteNay

I'm with you on giving thanks to Jon Snow, It was an amazing performance from all the =e=, =eG=, and =eGO= members. But that was just a start, there's a lot of people that I know in the server that keep doing massive rdm's and stuff.
Lest see what we can do tonight.
