In this piece of writing you will see my reasons why Thursday is the first day of the week, I hope you enjoy.
Thursdays are definitely the first day of the week because of its status in the week right now. It is said that Thursday is the third best day of the week because it comes before Friday, and who doesn't love Fridays and Saturdays. (If you say no then you will be hearing from my lawyer because you're ****ing lying). So, since it is the third best day of the week, it is in the middle, roughly. Also, there is no pre-determined first day of the week since no one can really explain the week because we don't know where it comes from. We can explain Months and Years, but not weeks, so why don't we make Thursday it.
Another reason, work, school or other activities don't make a day the first day. Thursday could and will be the first day of the week. Everyone loves Thursdays, I mean why don't you? It's a day before Friday, and it should start the week off like that, so people actually look forward toward the week. Starting the day on Thursday will boost self-esteem, since Friday is right after it, and then is the weekend. The schedule would work like this:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday Sunday, and restart.
Sundays nor Mondays should not be the first day of the week, since no one likes Mondays, and Sunday is the fourth best day of the week, because you know the next day you have to go to work or school, and that sucks. Thursday, on the other hand, you look up to it. You see hope as you are finishing your week and going home to rest.
Sundays are just there and Mondays are for the men, this proves my theorem on why Thursday is the first day of the week. It is also proven that it is Thursday because it is not the middle nor the end which means it has to be the first day. I got all of my information on Thursday = First Day of the Week.
