That's from 2 years ago. The stuff Rob's playing with in the first fotw video sounds like a less St.Angery version of it.

I still can't believe that it's been nearly 5 years since their album. I was almost hoping that there had been one after St. Anger that I had missed or something.
As far as all the hating on St. Anger... yeah, it wasn't as good as the rest of their stuff. But it wasn't necessarily a bad metal album, in my book. It just wasn't a good Metallica album.

My friend says: The clip of that new song what you saw was made two years ago, when they were creating that song..so thats why it sounded that way...they were

In the '1st fly on the wall" video, the song Rob is working on sounds like a less St.Angery version of the "new song". As Lars said when they messed up the "new song"; "and remember, we cant %$#@ it up because it doesn't exist yet".
And of course, I'm a metclub member as well. For 7 years now, but my current account is only since 2003 since I lost all my info for my first one. Been to a meet and greet and it was amaizing. I literally forgot to speak English when I met James.
There's 14 songs that they're working on right now. Not all will be on the album. So one of them should be the "new song", no word on the "other new song" that they did in Korea.
BTW - all clubbers need to check their emails. The code for the platinum site has been sent out, I just got mine.
