help! allow/block problem on windows startup!

hey all

every time i start my pc up, in windows i get an error which comes up with some randomly named file un c:\Windows\System32 which is asking to be blocked/allowed. If anyone could shed some light on this please do. I would have uploaded a screenshot but i have no idea how lol.

You need a screenshot. Press your print screen key, then paste it into MSPaint or another graphics application. Save that and post it here.

It sounds like a program is launching at startup that is trying to access the network. This could be bad or good, and without knowing the specifics, I can't give you any meaningful advice.

Yes, like Flippy said, be careful. It can be bad things. I would do an online can at trend micro or bitdefender websites just to be save. Also go to run in the start menu type msconfig and go to the start up tab and you can see what programs are programed to start when windows boots up.
